Closed Sundays except for pre-arranged appointments
Hours: M - F 9 - 5 (the gate is locked at 5PM) and Saturday 9 - 3. Closed Sundays.
Butterfly species flying: Varies from one dozen to over 30 species, depending upon the time of year
Wheelchair accessable: Yes. Floor is mulch on dirt. Walkways are wide for wheelchair accessability
Price: $2 per person per visit OR $5 for annual pass
Butterfly Birthday Party or Celebration: yes! Birthday parties include a tour for party guests and a gift of a butterfly caterpillar and host plant for the birthday honoree. Guests are free to stay in the exhibit as long as the gates are open. (Mishandling of butterflies will mean that the particular guest may be asked to remain outside the exhibit for the sake of the butterflies.) The education room is available for use during the party. Microwave, refrigerator, and sink are available for use. Tables and chairs will be set up in the education room. Please bring your party decorations, food, drinks, and paperware for the party. Price: $200 for up to 20 people.
