Pineapple Sage Pound Cake - the EASY recipe!|
One box pound cake mix
One small can crushed pineapple
1/4 - 1/2 cup washed and cut pineapple sage leaves/flower mixture
(Pineapple sage is not available in grocery stores; you must grow your own!)
Drain pineapple. Set pineapple juice to the side in a measuring cup.
Substitute juice for water as much as possible.
Mix pound cake according to box directions.
Add crushed pineapple and sage leaves and flowers.
Bake according to directions.
